I had an awesome time doing carpark at church this morning. Our church is so big we have to direct all the cars into carpark spaces, it’s a blast! All us carpark attendants have figured out these natty little gestures with our cool light sabres respendent in matching safety vests.
Anyway this morning was freeky, we had a flash lightning and thunder storm while the first service was going out and the second was coming in. I was down at the main entrance when the biggest peal of thunder ripped down through the heavens and hit the lightning ball on top of our new building currently under construction. Needless to say I got the fright of my life, and I’m glad they put a ball up the top of the top of the turret at the back of the building.

I went to the “Bull-n-Bush” tonight with a friend to see one of our fellow cell group members play in Dave Gleeson’s band the Stinsons (Dave Gleeson used to be in the ScreamingJets). While I’m not the kind of person to frequent pubs, I really had a good time listening to such great music, he is a legend on the guitar! The lead singer was one of the most colourful people I’ve seen perform, and I doubt I have heard so many swear words in one night than the last 9 months put together. Anyway, we didn’t stay long, long enough to hear Jez play and know what a great player he is! Whoa, can that man play.

I better stop fiddling with my template and go to bed I think.
Maybe I’ll add some colour… I dunno.
