I was somewhat perplexed by this because when the market is depressed it’s the time to invest. I thought to myself that this was something a stock broker would say about property. Well blow me down my friend confirmed it; his friend was a broker.

So the question begs asking… why ask for investment advice from a stock broker about investing in property? To me it’s like asking a Mac user what video editing software they should buy for their PC, the Mac user would say “Get A Mac!”.

Stock and property are like Apples and Oranges, you just can’t compare the two, they are both round and taste nice… and thats about it.

Getting property investment advice from a stock broker is like asking a mufti to suggest a church to get your kid christened…
