I was somewhat perplexed by this because when the market is depressed it&#8217;s the time to invest. I thought to myself that this was something a stock broker would say about property. Well blow me down my friend confirmed it; his friend was a broker.</p><p>So the question begs asking&#8230; why ask for investment advice from a stock broker about investing in property?
